Struct Ownership

Source
pub struct Ownership {
    pub signals: Signals,
}

Fields§

§signals: Signals

Implementations§

Source§

impl Ownership

Source

pub fn is_display_ownership_lost(&self) -> bool

Returns true if the platform does not currently own input.

Source

pub fn is_signals_ownership_lost(signals: Signals) -> bool

Evaluates the 4-bit orthogonal signals on signals to determine whether platform input ownership is lost.

Platform owns input iff DISPLAY_PLATFORM_OWNED (Bit 1) is asserted AND INPUT_PLATFORM_OWNED (Bit 4) is asserted, and neither DISPLAY_UNOWNED (Bit 0) nor INPUT_CLIENT_OWNED (Bit 3) is asserted.

Source

pub async fn wait_ownership_change<T: AsHandleRef>( &self, event: &T, ) -> Result<Signals, Status>

Waits for the next ownership state transition.

If currently owned, waits until ownership is lost (either DISPLAY_UNOWNED or INPUT_CLIENT_OWNED is asserted, or peer closed). If currently unowned, waits until platform ownership is regained (both DISPLAY_PLATFORM_OWNED and INPUT_PLATFORM_OWNED are asserted, and neither unowned signal is asserted).
