The maximum frame size one ethernet device can send.

The frame size includes the ethernet header, the data payload, but excludes the 4 bytes from FCS (frame check sequence) as we don’t calculate CRC and it is normally handled by the device.

We don’t care about FCS, so the minimum frame size for us is 64 - 4.
