Sink for emitting task attribution events during tracing.

fn emit_association( &self, pid: pid_t, tid: tid_t, identity: ZirconIdentity, source: &'static str, )

Emits an association event between Linux pid/tid and Zircon identity. source is “dump” for existing tasks snapshot, or “new_task” for dynamic spawns.

Called after an initial dump of running tasks completes.
