Parent process reference for a ThreadGroup, tracking both the parent ThreadGroup and, prior to reparenting, the specific Task within that parent that created the child process.

Creates a ThreadGroupParent referencing thread_group, defaulting creator_task to the leader Task of thread_group.

When a child process is created by a specific thread via clone(2) / fork(2), callers override creator_task via Self::set_creator_task with the actual creating Task (or the inherited creator_task when CLONE_PARENT is specified).
