The user-space address at which a mapping should be placed. Used by [MemoryManager::map].

Variants

Any

Map at any address chosen by the kernel.

Hint(UserAddress)

The address is a hint. If the address overlaps an existing mapping a different address may be chosen.

Fixed(UserAddress)

The address is a requirement. If the address overlaps an existing mapping (and cannot overwrite it), mapping fails.

FixedOverwrite(UserAddress)

The address is a requirement. If the address overlaps an existing mapping (and cannot overwrite it), they should be unmapped.
