Expand description

A Display adapter that always formats a Redactable value in its raw, unredacted form, bypassing the global redactor.

Intended for the rare places where the string is data rather than diagnostics (e.g. serialization to persistent storage or a wire format) and must round-trip. Do not use it for logs or Inspect.
