A Redactor that hashes identifiers using a 32-byte per-boot secret salt.

For MAC addresses and BSSIDs, the first 3 octets (hardware vendor OUI prefix) are preserved and the last 3 octets are replaced with the first 3 octets of the salted SHA-256 digest of the full 6-octet address.
