Expand description

Responder that overrides all the requests that end with the given request path using the given responder.

Useful for hitting all versions of versioned TUF metadata (e.g. X.targets.json). TODO(ampearce): change ForPathSuffix and ForPathPrefix to use string matches rather than path.
