Calculates the merkle root for a given set of data. The leaf hashes of the merkle tree can
optionally be collected for use with a MerkleVerifier.
BufferedMerkleRootBuilder is able to accept data that isn’t a multiple of BLOCK_SIZE by
internally buffering the data.
If all of the data is already in memory then MerkleRootBuilder::default().complete(data)
should be used instead as it avoids buffering the tail end of the data if it’s not a complete
block.
