The floor of the exponential histogram.

§initial_step: T

The initial step of the exponential histogram.

§step_multiplier: T

The step multiplier of the exponential histogram.

§buckets: usize

The number of buckets that the exponential histogram can have. This doesn’t include the overflow and underflow buckets.
