Variants

Watch

Hanging-get that returns a vector of OPP indices indexed by cluster_id.

Returns immediately on the first call for a connection with the current per-cluster OPP ceilings, and blocks on subsequent calls until domain_opps changes.

OPP index 0 represents the highest-frequency (unthrottled) operating point, with larger indices representing lower frequency ceilings (matching fuchsia.power.cpu/DomainController).
