Waits until an event arrives and returns it. It is safe for other threads to make concurrent requests while waiting for an event.

Watches for changes to the power level of the connected ClientType.

The power level for a given ClientType is determined according to the power configuration for that ClientType. See the README.md for more details.

On a given connection, the first call will return immediately with the current power level for the connected ClientType. Subsequent Watch requests will only return a new level if the power level of the connected ClientType has changed. This follows the hanging get pattern.

• level is an unsigned integer representing the power level of the connected ClientType.
