ThermalWarning

Internal charger die temperature reached the thermal regulation (TREG) threshold; the converter is still operating but actively folding back current to limit die heating.

ThermalShutdown

Internal charger die or input connector temperature exceeded thermal shutdown (TSHDN) protection limits and the converter has suspended operation.

SafetyTimerExpired

Hardware charge safety timer expired before reaching the target charge state.

BatteryOverVoltage

Voltage sensed at the charger output rail exceeded the converter’s over-voltage threshold.

WatchdogTimerExpired

Hardware watchdog timer expired (WDT), suspending converter operation.
