Default bounded mpsc channel capacity for internal control and frame queues.
DEFAULT_CLIENT_DATA_CAPACITY
Default bounded mpsc channel capacity for multiplexed client data queues.

coordinator_task
Multiplexes FDomain channels between incoming SerialEvents and RCS toolbox sockets via rcs_connector, scheduling outgoing SenderMessages across active channels in round-robin order.
