Macro impl_display_via_redactable 

macro_rules! impl_display_via_redactable {

Implements core::fmt::Display for a type that implements Redactable by delegating to Redactable::fmt_dispatch.

Using this macro (rather than a hand-written Display) guarantees every {} of the type goes through the global redactor.
