Publishes the component’s singleton fuchsia_inspect::Inspector and connects to
fuchsia.hardware.power.battery.Battery, fuchsia.hardware.power.charger.Charger and
fuchsia.hardware.power.charger.Controller, all provided by battery-manager, reconnecting
whenever any of them fails.
