Returns the scheduler role this dispatcher was created with, as a pointer to a NUL-terminated string valid for the lifetime of the dispatcher. The string is empty if no role was specified.

This lets code running on a dispatcher create further dispatchers with the same role, without needing access to the configuration the role originally came from.
