  void PwEnumToString (T , U )

  Poison pill that hides any `PwEnumToString` declared in an enclosing

  namespace (`pw` or the global namespace) from unqualified lookup, so that

  `PwEnumToString` is found only through ADL. Without it, an unrelated overload

  such as `PwEnumToString(int)` could be selected for an unscoped enum.

  This MUST be a deleted function template that is never viable for a

  single-argument call. GCC 10 ignores ADL candidates if unqualified lookup

  finds a deleted non-template function (e.g. `void PwEnumToString() =

  delete;`), which disables every `PwEnumToString` extension point.

• Status ConvertToStatus (Status status)

  Converts to pw::Status for use by internal macros like PW_TRY and

  PW_CHECK_OK. This accepts pw::Status, the C pw_Status enum, and any other

  type that implicitly converts to pw::Status. Custom status types are handled

  by the generic ConvertToStatus template in status_base.h.
