class AddChild

Adds a child Transform to a parent Transform. The new child Transform,

and any Content attached to it or its children, will be rendered on top

of the parent's Content, as well as any previously added children.

The caller must ensure that `child_transform_id` is valid and that there

are no repetitions. Sending a repeated `child_transform_id` over

multiple calls will result in session closure.
