void FindDriverCrash (FindDriverCrashRequest & request, FindDriverCrashCompleter::Sync & completer)Given a process and thread koid, returns the information that was stored when the
driver host observed a crash from that thread.
The information for a crash is deleted when it is accessed.
If there is no information available on the given thread koid,
`zx::Status::NOT_FOUND` is returned.

Handler bind_handler (async_dispatcher_t * dispatcher)|bind_handler| returns a handler that binds incoming connections to this
server implementation.
The returned handler borrows the server instance.
The server must outlive the provided |dispatcher|. Only after
the dispatcher is shutdown will it be safe to destroy the servers.
The server should not be moved.
