This interface uses typed channels (i.e. |::fidl::ClientEnd

void OpenStatusChannel (::fuchsia_power_broker::wire::ElementControlOpenStatusChannelRequest * request, OpenStatusChannelCompleter::Sync & completer)
Register a new Status channel on which Power Broker will send
read-only updates of the element's current power level. This method
is intended to allow element owners to give read-only access to the
element's current power level to clients by opening and transferring
this channel.
void RegisterDependencyToken (::fuchsia_power_broker::wire::ElementControlRegisterDependencyTokenRequest * request, RegisterDependencyTokenCompleter::Sync & completer)
Register a token which will permit the bearer to add either a
dependency upon this element.
void UnregisterDependencyToken (::fuchsia_power_broker::wire::ElementControlUnregisterDependencyTokenRequest * request, UnregisterDependencyTokenCompleter::Sync & completer)
Unregister a token previously registered via RegisterDependencyToken.

Handler bind_handler (async_dispatcher_t * dispatcher)
|bind_handler| returns a handler that binds incoming connections to this
server implementation.
The returned handler borrows the server instance.
The server must outlive the provided |dispatcher|. Only after
the dispatcher is shutdown will it be safe to destroy the servers.
The server should not be moved.
