Pure-virtual interface to be implemented by a server.
This interface uses typed channels (i.e. |::fidl::ClientEnd

::fuchsia_settings::Accessibility>|
and |::fidl::ServerEnd

::fuchsia_settings::Accessibility>|).
Public Methods
void Watch (WatchCompleter::Sync & completer)Gets the current value of all accessibility settings. Returns
immediately on first call; subsequent calls return when any of the
values change.
- `settings` all current values of the accessibility settings.

If this call fails, it is considered a fatal error and the channel
will be closed.
void Set (::fuchsia_settings::wire::AccessibilitySetRequest * request, SetCompleter::Sync & completer)Sets [AccessibilitySettings] settings. Any field not explicitly set in the table performs a
no-op, and will not make any changes.

Handler bind_handler (async_dispatcher_t * dispatcher)|bind_handler| returns a handler that binds incoming connections to this
server implementation.
The returned handler borrows the server instance.
The server must outlive the provided |dispatcher|. Only after
the dispatcher is shutdown will it be safe to destroy the servers.
The server should not be moved.
