Writable private file mappings are initially mapped read-only in the VMAR until the first write
fault enables write access and records the modification. This checks that concurrent writer
threads racing on the initial write fault and continuing to write to the mapping do not fault
while another thread attempts to make the mapping executable, and that the `mprotect` attempt is
denied with `EACCES` once the mapping has been written.
